Mega is well suited for expanding cloud storage with advanced encryption, while still being the easiest to use of all the cloud storage apps. It’s Mega’s substantial free tier and solid referral program it’s a great addition to any growing business utilizing cloud storage. I’d recommend mega to my colleagues to backup, share, messages, videos, documents, anything!

WorkVivo works really well for us as we have colleagues all across the country. These colleagues don't use pc's in their working day so it was proving more and more challenging to reach them. Clean, contemporary UI that is heavily polished and works great. You can tell they did a lot of user testing with this, and have a top notch UI design team that really cares about the customer. A highly user-friendly service across platforms and form factors, I found their web, desktop and mobile apps to all be impeccably designed and consistent.

Super user friendly, I've not once wondered how to access, find do anything. As soon as I log in I am confident I can find whatever I need and whatever I am looking for and I it is very easy to engage with coworkers and colleagues all over the world.

While I have never contacted customer support, there is a large user community that has posted solutions on third party websites to a number of common questions like how to share files, and how to access files that have been shared with you. When I received a 40 GB shared file, I was not able to find how to access it until I searched on Google to find a solution, which was easy to find. The large user community helps with support tremendously.

The trainer was effectively delivering the training, but there were some points the trainer himself was not clear with. This impacted doubt clearing.

All the things were explained in an effective way. Easy to understand the tools, features, their use, implementation. Monitoring & support wherever required. Feedback was recorded & improvements were done wherever required to improve the coaching experience. Knowledge checks were taken to understand understanding levels. Overall experience was very well with the training.

Everything is running smoothly. I love this application.

MEGA has a great user interface that I prefer to some of its competitors, although it is mostly par for the course, modeled after conventional file explorers such as you would find in the Windows Explorer, classic File Manager application, or OS X Finder. I do prefer some of its user interface decisions and clean, sleek design, and I find it more user-friendly than Google Drive, iCloud, or OneDrive. However, I feel that it lacks capabilities in the file sharing department because some of its sharing features are hidden in different tabs.

The interface is more simple and meant for the purpose of communication. Though the product misses on the aspect of one on one chat, the main purpose of communicating to group all together is handled well through the software. Employees are more engaging when they see achievement of their colleagues on it. For leaders it’s become one place to any something to private or public groups as per their needs

• You can create backups without needing to occupy the cloud you share with other workers.
• You can share large files quite quickly. Also, those who receive the link can access the file in just a few minutes.

• I work remotely so maintaining interaction with your colleagues is more difficult. With Workvivo, I can stay tuned to what my colleagues are doing (in more fun, personal way) so I get to know them and break that distance barrier.
• Workvivo helps to share work-related information and it is also a way to connect to the community all around the world that shares the same values and interests. Workvivo is fun and easy to use which is very helpful to the user.
• It solves the problem of learning the organizational chart, which changes frequently. It helps me quickly find a co-worker's profile with contact info and helps me learn their interests, which I value as a remote employee.
