Market Leader vs. SkySlope

The leads are of poor quality and many leads express the feeling of being "harassed" by the many auto-generated responses to their browsing. I have been sent messages of STOP, JUST LOOKING....... all because of the pestering messages that the system sends. Out of 90+ leads I have 1 person seriously looking for a home and needing help. It is a waste of time and creates a negative view of your name due to the pestering of their system. They will not work with you, they only threaten if you mention non-payment. The product looks and sounds great, but for realtors, it is nothing more than a scam. Legal recourse for potentially damaging my business name? It's a thought.

If you don't want to spend months learning clumsy apps that are not user friendly, then get SkySlope

• Honesty on how leads are "prescreened". They are obviously not screened well.

• Their task manager is not good at all. It is clunky and not very intuitive. In principle, I like the ability to assign tasks to new transactions, but overall this functionality lacks.
• If a file is created, it canNOT be deleted. This is very annoying in the case of accidental file creation; it jumbles the archive. Seems like a very easy thing to implement, but support said there isn't currently a way.
• The quick audit function is great when files are new, but it is not available for completed files to do the final review. Again an easy implement you would think, but not having this makes reviewing files in the final stages very clunky. It takes forever. Support gave me a workaround, so that helps.

I get in, do what I need to do quickly and get out, the reports are helpful for end of year.

They have always been quick to respond to any potential issues I may be having.

I receive quality leads and have closed on several homes with Zillow Premier Agent. Market Leader pales in comparison and I will never do business with them again.

SkySlope just has a lot more functionality over this software. All three have a comparable digital signature and templating capabilities. but SkySlope has many additional purposes. I have not found another software like it. Other software I demo-ed was not even close, so SkySlope seems to have the market cornered, but I haven't evaluated again for a couple of years.

• I have spent $2,000.00 and gotten nothing in return except for bogus leads.

• In our experience, we can't use the system at all as it is overcomplicated
• In our experience, our accounts were never setup correctly from day 1
• In my opinion, waste of energy, time, and money.
