Alternatives Considered
We have primarily stuck with Logitech products in the past however I have had the displeasure of using some Polycom equipment in the past. At the time, Polycom basically required all people joining the meetings to be utilizing the same systems. Logitech allows us to be hardware and software agnostic. There are multiple manufacturers providing equipment and Logitech Tap has first party support for Teams, Zoom, and others. Logitech Connect and Logitech GROUP do not have proper integration with Tap and require a user to bring their laptop along.

  • Allowed us to require less people delivering orientation by linking rooms together.
