Listrak vs. Sender

We use Listrak to send cart abandonment emails, welcome emails, and sales emails. We also use the segmentation tool to find specific customers if we are looking for feedback on new products or specific issues. This has been a great way to reach out to them in a very personalized way.

If you want your emails delivered to people's inboxes instead of spam, this ain't it. Not sure if it's their fault at all or if it's just that spammers are more likely to use lower-cost products and thus ruin it for others?

• The conductor email builder is easy to use.
• They have improved their customer service team.
• Open to suggestions and will work collaboratively.
• Help build insights from campaigns and recommend improvements.

• I am highly impressed with its Automation feature. It is very useful to get more responses out of my whole campaign.
• Its data import feature to create subscriber lists is also very advanced. It removes duplicates in my data.

• Deliverability/open rates are extremely low compared to other providers. IE: I was getting 50-60% open rates with most providers and 6.5% with Sender.

The focus Listrak has on e-commerce was a huge selling point. The price-point and easy installation were another attraction. The product is simple, clean, effective, and encompasses everything we need to be successful. It was a clear winner for us.

Its deliverability makes it more effective than other email marketing tools. It gives more than satisfactory results. And that shows in my organization's sales revenue.

• Ability to execute dynamic content & intricately segmented email campaigns has made a hugely positive impact on our marketing capabilities while maintaining a large database.
• Listrak does cost slightly more than its competition, therefore making me (the consumer) look a little harder at our ROI since implementing Listrak as our primary digital marketing platform.
