LeaseAccelerator vs. Visual Lease

Lease naming convention - Real Estate - Spacebase lease identifier along with an area indicator is used to identify real estate leases. The area indicator will appear as a suffix to the lease identifier as -AREA-XX where XX is a number. This convention is used in the event of a real estate lease that is tracked as a single lease in Spacebase that might be required to be a separate lease for accounting purposes in LeaseAccelerator. Note that for other integration requirements, the lease identifier is copied into the External Id field as well.

A company that needs visibility around their leases and wants to stay in compliance with the ever changing world of accounting. Mostly its available. As there are not any outages, but as it's a software only so there are some errors which may have come but we they were not that much noticable.

The performance is good but in some rare cases sometimes the leases don't load properly. But they are very rare.

Visual Lease support was not too impressive to me because when I reached out to ask about the XXX codes in the journal entries, they did not seem concerned. They just said they were default accounts, but I did not know what I was supposed to do with them since we did not have these accounts. Also, when I asked about API integration, I could not get a good response on how to get Visual Lease to be connected with Intacct.

We also evaluated Lease Accelerator and Lease Query. We didn't go with Lease Accelerator because it didn't have lessor leases. We did not go with Lease Query because they did not have abstract reports.

• GL Ledger segment validation : Integration issues between Oracle ERP and LeaseAccelerator w.r.t. GL posting is done very well using LeaseAccelerator
• Fx Rate related Issues between Oanda and LeaseAccelerator is solved using LeaseAccelerator
