Leadsquared is well suited for small to medium-sized enterprises where the team is small and you have a lot of areas to explore. Every team can have their suites/ accounts customised accordingly. I am not sure if I can compare it for bigger enterprises but I feel this best of best to get your work done more efficiently.

Nutshell is very customizable making it a good fit for smaller companies with out huge budgets for these services. I would think in a larger scale business, you would want a system that is specifically designed for the particular industry.

Pros
  • Call history is recorded like dialed calls, connected calls, total talktime in a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and on a custom basis.
  • The activity history of both customers, and employees are shown clearly, which help us a lot in understanding the interest of the customer, and their communication history with the organization.
  • Daily attendance history and man-days management can be done.
  • Sales performance and their values are mapped clearly.

  • Nutshell is great with reminders from calls, emails, meetings, and activities it helps you track all of the necessary every day must-do activities.
  • The best thing about Nutshell CRM is that multiple team members can refer to it whether they are in the office or on the road. Nutshell is great on a PC, Mac, or pretty much any mobile device.
  • One of the many things that I personally like about Nutshell is how user-friendly it is. Once you work with it for a day or two everything is super easy to manage.

Cons
  • LeadSquared is a little bit expensive compared to other slimmer products, so they need to think about it.
  • Sometimes LeadSquared gets stuck when I use it to run a large campaign, I would like them to improve this.
  • LeadSquared creates a problem in slow internet connections, so I guess this is also an improvement area for them.

  • SWOT analysis --- currently we put this in as custom fields but they don't link up at all and are hard to read/navigate. We also use the custom fields for other information we want to capture. It would be nice to build those in so they can show the info as bullet points or something --- currently paragraph form and hard to find things at a glance.
  • Funnel could use some work. Only shows how many leads are currently in that part of the pipeline which doesn't give us a good historical comparison.

Likelihood to Renew
It is an excellent value for money solution and is fulfilling all our needs quite efficiently. They keep working on the product and each month sees an update allowing for a bug free experience and faster incorporation of newer tools. I see no reason why I would not like to renew the subscription for this fabulous product.

This is perfect for a small business / Home based business with SaaS. Nutshell constantly adds new features and the price is much better than more robust software like Salesforce.

Usability
1. The learning curve is not too steep; it is fairly simple. The UI albeit old looking, is fairly simple. 2. It has a lot of integrated apps using which you can directly access other systems under a single umbrella. 3. Processes and permission templates allow for role based access, thereby further simplifying the system by removing unnecessary element with respect to a specific group

Great to work with and also Easy to work with Do not just listen to the problem but provide upfront solutions Always available and are ready to support on holidays Considerate of user's knowledge and always ready to explain the smallest / dumbest doubt a user can ask Always available to help with the internal tasks as well like creating automations, drip creations etc

Nutshell's support team has always been great and they tend to go above and beyond. They are polite, friendly, personable and great listeners. They are also great about sending follow up emails too.

Alternatives Considered
LeadSquared is a dedicated Sales CRM. Earlier we were using Freshdesk for sales following a ticket based model which was highly inconvenient as all customer activity used to get created as a separate ticket and overall effort tracking was a mess. With the Lead and Activity model, tracking became much easier and yes, Freshdesk is a support tool and Freshsales does exist but LeadSquared fulfilled our usecase at a much lesser price.

I did not select Nutshell CRM. My employer has that information, but as far as I feel, Nutshell has better uses than Zoho CRM and can be used just as effectively in B2B relations. We only use Nutshell for candidate data, so business contacts are not mixed.

  • Lead leakage stopped, positively impacting the CPL.
  • Customized Lead Stages helped the sales team to have a better follow up thus improving the conversion rates.
  • Automations and Drip implementation helped in drawing direct/indirect conversions from dormant leads - Adding to LTV of a customer.

  • Tracking - Nutshell allows us to track how many leads or coming for our prospecting or inactive account calling efforts, it has been great for showing results to our management team
  • Organization - Nutshell gives us the opportunity to easily access account or contact history and make connections with the customers we interact with
