It's been such a helpful investment with a very good return on an investment. The amount of time alone we have been able to say by deploying UiPath Process Mining (formerly ProcessGold) has been worth it alone, not to mention the additional money we are able to generate through deploying these processes

It's the best tool in the market.

It a good product. I would definitely keep using it in the near future. We have had good feedback within the team and also from our stakeholders on the other side of the table. Right now, there isn't any other tool out there better for doing the tasks that UiPath is doing.

The trainer was well trained.

Much easier to deploy, much less overhead when getting to the first install, certain features that are not available in other products (process mining). While KYP.ai is not a work force planning tool, it provides a great baseline product for operations tracking and management. There are enough insights to take operations to the next level.

Ease of implementation - both in set up, other Uipath products such as studio and orchestrator, as well as external applications that process mining can engage with. UiPath's customer support is also very helpful in supporting us in the start and take-off phases. It is an accessible application that even non-technical users can maintain.
