    They are very versed in Oracle Transporation Management and specifically Global Trade Management. They helped a customer in Washington, Seattle understand where they can save cash and work within the legalities when trading with specific countries

    If you have lots of audits and you need a license for every auditee, it will cost you a lot. It was good software maybe ten years ago, but it became outdated. Nowadays, there are many web applications using bootstrap to be responsive, and they should renew their software to be competitive.

    The support it's remote, and it's awful, they have lots of errors when updating because of the old software they use. It's only available in English (we need Spanish), and they seem not to care about the client and their particular needs. For the cost, it represents I think it's not worthy.
