We do an extraordinary number of work orders for assembly builds, and overall this has worked very well. We also have a rapidly growing e-commerce driven pick and pack operation, which would not have been possible in our prior environment.

  • The system has a fairly intuitive user experience that quickly enabled us to achieve performance improvements
  • While integration with our ERP (NetSuite) has had a couple of issues, by and large, it has been a significant improvement over our prior environment (Sage).

  • Backorders--there are no alerts when backorders don't drop down
  • Reports--there are a number of reports we don't use because they are not easily customizable

Alternatives Considered
Korber Warehouse Edge (formerly HighJump / AccellosOne) is a warehouse management software with one purpose. It does what it should. Sage X3 is a ERP system that integrates shipping but misses some of the warehouse management components.
