For larger/growing companies with the funding to put into paid ads KlientBoost was great. Our original Account manager was wonderful and understood our initial goals. Connecting it to Salesforce was necessary for proper tracking. If you do not have someone who can also be dedicated to going over the results and making sure they are reporting correctly in your CRM you're in for a blind ride, though
Clients are aligned with one core team and this creates fantastic unity and communication between our primary consultant, systems consultant, and lead consultant. It's a very cohesive team working to create the best benefits program possible for the company. Additionally, their Advocate Team is fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable -- saves my team so much time by answering all our employee's benefits questions and helping us process rush enrollment or ID requests. A huge time saver!
The web app was a lot more confusing to use than the mobile app. The loading times were often slow and it was unclear where I should go to perform certain tasks.
Pricing and turnkey options were why we went with Klient Boost. The fact that my team was only comprised of 3 people meant we needed more help on the implementation and execution of campaigns as we couldn't dedicate a single individual just for paid ads. With Klient Boost we got to adjust the copy and give insight into our goals but basically let them steer the ship, and they steered it well
I appreciate that Sequoia Consulting Group has a mobile app. Right now, neither Gusto nor Justworks have mobile apps which can be frustrating if you're not near your computer. I find their mobile app to be excellent and user-friendly. Conversely, I found Gusto's web app is the easiest to use compared to Sequoia's.
