ZoomInfo Sales is a modern go-to-market platform for B2B companies. ZoomInfo Sales helps find buyers based on an Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), advanced company attributes, and accurate contact information in B2B. It is used to identify the next customer using data-driven insights and buying signals that reveal companies that are ready to buy.
If you are trying to escalate quickly and talk to many people use ZoomInfo Sales. It's great for prospecting and creating call lists according to different personas and parameters that you may have like employee count, phone numbers, emails, data accuracy, etc. In my opinion, organizations of all sizes could benefit from ZoomInfo Sales if used correctly.
Zoominfo provides us scoops regarding any new upcoming project or pain points (difficulties) facing by certain companies which helps a lot in our business to contact such companies.
Zoominfo gives us the exaction info such as email address, Direct or Cell phone number of particular contact which we want and we don't get anywhere except zoominfo
Zoominfo has huge database. Intent is one of the favorite section where we get the exact info about the companies/industries which we want
Zoominfo Connects with Hubspot which is another benefit for us to add any specific contact directly to our HubSpot app.
KickFire doesn't filter the de-anonymized website visit results much for accuracy. Public IP indexes are far from perfect. Companies change their IPs all the time. Other solutions check each website visit against several indexes and only deliver de-anonymized visits to the client when they are able to reach a certain confidence level in the company identification. KickFire instead does less filtering and lets the client handle it on their own. The downside is that there are more false positives. In our experience, there were a few companies that started showing that they were visiting our site several times a day, visiting just about every page. Later we realized that the company was an ISP/VPN provider (one of the largest in the UK) and that the visitors were actually probably from a number of other companies--they were just using the VPN. Again, this is a con because it gives more work to you in the end. On the other hand, the approach that other solutions take means you miss out on significant website activity because it didn't reach a certain confidence score.
For initial users, the system can be a little overwhelming. A ZoomInfor SalesOS Basics guide could be beneficial to keep new users from feeling lost amongst all the options.
Clearer instructions on how to set targeted search parameters for inbound information would be beneficial.
With the combined resources of crowdsorced info on both data.com as well as the immediacy of info on LinkedIn, as well as intel on Hoovers, information provided on ZoomInfo is more readily available if you have the time to invest in looking for it. However, at the pace we do business, having a "one stop shop" for information is very convenient. On efficiency alone, ZoomInfo is worth the price of subscription considering our business model.
ZoomInfo is easy to use, the tutorials and videos and help are well done for learning. The team relies on it heavily to obtain contact info, identify decision makers, research company information and locate leads in their areas. I appreciate being able to obtain missing contact information from trade show lists.
They are very good at solving cases that I bring to them. I'd like to see more proactive support to make sure we are getting the full value out of the solution.
The tutorials are very good and they explain how to get started using the system. The online webinars are very good for advancing your knowledge of the product.
There would have nice while providing a great platform to use, to have an in person class to show how it would best serve us and to navigate. Nothing was provided to myself outside of having a sign on and the preloaded steps to get through basic processes
I covered this pretty extensively in the cons. The key differentiator here is that KickFire serves up almost all the data (or so it seems) to the end client. The client then has to do their own work on interpreting it. This is good because it means we don't miss out on any website activities, but it's bad because we get a lot of false positives. 6sense uses the confidence score approach I mentioned in the Cons section, which means the match rates of the data we get are much higher. Our experience with Clearbit comes from other tools that are built on it (Bombora, Drift, etc.), and it has not been great. We've seen many more inaccuracies with Clearbit.
Demandbase has outdated info. No good way to export contacts. There is no sidebar; you have to use the tool on its own to find people, and the information is unreliable. It's not user-friendly. Zoom has all of that and more.
