KeepSolid Sign vs. Zoho Sign

KeepSolid sign is well suited whenever we need signature for certain business documentation done quickly, then we can ask or sponsors/customers/employees to sign the document through email which can be finished much quicker than going through fax machine. Other than that particular feature, KeepSolid sign doesn't really have much uses.

If your business needs an electronic signing software, then I recommend Zoho Sign because it has all the great features. It ensures fast and secure document signing and, most importantly, it is legally binding.

In the first instant, I missed one document for which I had to go back and re-sign once I found the correct email. This is probably more user error, but it did make it more confusing, so I switched to KeepSolid Sign.

Price is important but it has all the same features as some of the main brand names on the market which makes this package ideal for small businesses and larger ones looking at costs. The advantage we find is that we can edit forms with drop-down boxes and preset answers for the forms. Each entry field can be customized by data type and length or allow the client to enter their own answers.
