Omada Identity Suite is the eponymous flagship toolset for identity and access management (IAM) from the relatively established Danish software company for access governance and compliance on the enterprise level.
I can only think of scenarios where Keeper is well-suited, in my experience. I work in small business (i.e., sole proprietor, 1 employee) environments and Keeper is well-suited to my needs. I imagine it would also be well-suited to multi-user environments, but would require a great deal more management and organization in such environments.
Omada is with very good and user-friendly interface. There are various access management best practices available and recommended to choose and configure easily. The system works smoothly and is very reliable. The Omada product team is frequently enhancing it and listens to customer feedback. There are out of the box integration capabilities with the most popular systems on the market
In Omada there is no convenient way to track or monitor the progress and status of authorization requests that are raised by other users or even for mine.
There is no way to extend the validity of multiple Contractor/External user accounts by line manager and have to extend them one by one.
Without custom development there is no way to create parallel access approval workflows.
It's just easy to use, plain and simple. It has the complexity and user-interface that gives you confidence in its build but the ease-of-use that keep things from getting too complicated. A huge plus when you have to onboard new members of the team or summer interns when you need them to step in and make orders on your behalf.

I have used the Apple cloud, but if you forget your password into that, once again, you’re at the mercy of calling customer service. With Keeper, you can use the thumbprint option to log on, and there’s any of your needed passwords. It’s fast and simple, and you don’t have to wait online to unlock the app you’ve locked yourself out of.
Omada is providing the desired functionalities that meet our needs as a standard features. The only custom development that we have identified that is going to be needed is related to a very specific process that would require development with any other solution that we might go for. The product appears to be highly configurable and is more than we expected from such product. Standard functionality to maintain Business roles from the user interface and also to do a mass changes to business roles via CSV uploads.Integration with SAP GRC for SOD compliance.
The spreadsheets and printed papers being passed around the office with passwords on them have gone! This is a huge security hole plugged.
Users actively use the software which says something - it is easy to use and intuitive. When software is not intuitive, it tends to not get used.
It gives IT control over who does what with passwords, and while difficult to quantify it is certainly a dramatically positive impact on the organization.
