If you are a basic license user, semantria does well and presents analysis quickly. After the analysis, it creates multiple tabs with different views of the data and some visualizations and graph analysis also. The graph analysis and node connector graph is very useful. Their algorithm is very strong and it gives correct sentiment score even for neutral statements. I didnt get to use the API version of semantria so have no comments about that. Upon reading online about it, i found that the integration takes a while .
Lexalytics is a Microsoft Excel text and sentiment analysis plugin for surveys and social media. With Lexalytics, I can log into my SurveyMonkey account directly in Excel and import data for analysis. I can also choose which columns of data to import so that it only parses what I want.
Keatext as a fast and versatile text analysis technique is ideal for analyzing massive amounts of unstructured data to find service possibilities, as well as viewing the number of feedback comments by type, ordered by compliments, complaints, ideas and questions with a single perspective.
I decided to implement Keatext due to its extensive list of integrations. The Keatext integration allows me to import my surveys instantly from my SurveyMonkey account, providing a 360º view to identify and improve the experience of my clients.
