Kahoot is excellent for more mature students, I would say students in 3rd grade and above. It's excellent if you want to create a fun and engaging way to test or quiz students, or even just to review content information. I really appreciate that there are thousands of already made lessons, so I almost never have to make my own! I get to simply search, make sure it's appropriate for what I'm looking for, and use it (yay no prep!).
Well-suited for companies looking to get better feedback from employees. It's probably perfect for my organization (around 80 employees) because our COO can respond directly to our concerns. It might be less effective for larger organizations, but I can't speak much to that.
Useful for either, in-person or online classes: it can work from a projector or screen in in-person classes, or by sharing the screen in online classes.
Excellent to get an idea of the understanding or knowledge level of a group of people: depending on the intention of the game, the professor or person in charge of it can make and change the questions to address certain points.

The site is not very simple to find your way through. It is uploaded with so much data; therefore it would be good if they can organize it a little bit.
It would be good to give free templates to free users to attract them.
Originally, requests for feedback ("360s") were not customizable, and employees didn't feel the pre-written questions were particularly helpful. TINYpulse has since changed this format so we can either use default questions or create our own.
The site's currently layout feels busy. If you are not a seasoned Kahoot user, it is easy to be distracted and overwhelmed by the information presented. I would not recommend this site to a novice computer user. If the user is tech-savvy and willing to navigate the help topics provided by the site, lessons and games can be created more easily with time and practice.
The information that Kahoot shares on its blog and support center is updated frequently and provides many ideas for ways to use the platform. I have personally received timely support from Kahoot for any issues I have encountered. Their dedication to their users is amazing. The company is incredibly receptive to suggestions or ideas from their community.
I forgot the names of the other products like Kahoot. I think that summarizes how close I am to favoring Kahoot within this category. In our field when it's webinar time we always look forward to Kahoot sessions in between or at the end of the session. It is great to have Kahoot during these times
TINYpulse provided the most-competitive pricing of all vendors considered, with the greatest flexibility of use with desktop, mobile app, and operating system. While customer support proposed by others appeared to be closer to "live" or real-time, with closer to the 24/7 kind of environment in which we live/work in today, budget was a driving factor for us.
We have been able to implement a number of suggestions that our employees have posted on TINYpulse, things that our management may not have thought of but made a positive difference.
We are able to identify pain points before they become a systemic problem, and can act to correct our shortcomings or adjust procedures to remedy the situation.
Sending Cheers to employees is a real morale booster for everyone.
