Pike13 would be well suited for an organization whose clients use the platform in person, not for a virtual service. This could be ideal for a client whose website doesn't need to be integrated with Pike13.

  • The ability of the reporting function is strong, but the interface is not user friendly.
  • The payroll function would be more powerful if it was integrated with main payroll providers.

  • The notification of scheduled events, helps ensure employees know when their schedule has been modified, which cuts down on employees arriving late, etc.
  • The notifications to customers of when their payment methods are expiring, etc helps to ensure they can update their information through the customer portal themselves which cuts down on administrative time.
