Justuno Pop-Ups & CRO Tools vs. Wunderkind

For sites which are not super high traffic, Justuno [Pop-Ups & CRO Tools] is a great way to get started with popups and email capture tools. If your site has a lot of sessions, the price gets prohibitive. There may be better pricing models from competitors in some cases.

• Personalization in email - they have a great ability to surface products in email directly tied to what a past customer was browsing on the site
• Great account management and fast turnaround times to address evolving needs we have
• Very robust site experience capabilities to accommodate a lot of different use cases

Beware if you buy from them you are committed for a year. It is too expensive for the offering and they offer no solutions for you to manage the process/tool at a discounted rate. Will not renew my contract, that’s for sure.

Versus Yotpo, Justuno [Pop-Ups & CRO Tools] is light years better for email capture and newsletter signups. They offer fully robust targeting and customization, whereas Yotpo is primitive in these areas. Versus OptiMonk and others, it is similar. They all have the same approximate pricing model which is based on sessions per month on your site.

• For the email campaigns we had an original agreement for them to produce a 5X return on ad spend and thus far they have produced a greater than 8X return
