The best place to use SpotDraft is on contract negotiation. The entire life cycle of a contract negotiation is captured well on SpotDraft. Data is also crunched and displayed in dashboards. We get to prepare better first drafts of contracts when we know of areas which get heavily negotiated on.

• AI search across all contracts
• Storing different types of contracts in separate workspaces, with different permissions on each workspace
• Reminding contract owners when to start discussions on renewals
• Basic reporting and lists of certain types of contracts for extraction

• I would like to see more in-depth reporting, ability to create graphs etc.
• Scrolling through lists of contracts could be quicker

It's quite intuitive and easy to use and has a nice UI. Its features offer value for users

I don't know of any other tool that provides so much flexibility and delivers efficiency in CLM.
