| Considered Both Products | Chose Jotform Jotform is easier for the customers to use. They don't require any plug-ins or special procedures to be able to fill out the form and send it back to us. Adobe was more steps, and didn't always work as we expected. Making changes to the forms were also difficult after the fact.
