Hosting external facing webinars with anywhere from medium to large size audiences. The platform is reliable and we have not experienced a high percentage of drops. If you needed a global solution and language support for Asian speaking countries - that is something being developed.

For virtual conferencing JioMeet is a perfect solution. If you are looking for excellent virtual conferencing solution for your business it is very useful tool for you. It is a cost effective solution and one of the best collaboration tool.

ReadyTalk is easy to use, but I did find the initial integration to Outlook a bit cumbersome. I couldn't tell you how to do it now - someone else had to walk me through it when I started at the company. We also have a lot of issues with people trying to use their computers for audio; often, it stops working entirely mid-meeting

I was not involved in the decision to use ReadyTalk or the research that went into that decision, so I cannot speak knowledgeably on the pros and cons of alternative conferencing software solutions. I do know that other vendors in this space include WebEx, Zoom, and GoToMeeting.
