iObeya vs. Klaxoon, a Wrike company

We like the visualization abilities, the professions are visual and it's much better than Jira for collaboration and short daily meetings with the crews. For debugging, working sets... iObeya is really powerful. It allows crisis teams to take care of the issue and immediately set a strategy for action and proceed with execution.

It can be a good tool for workshops or interactive presentations. but the complex UI/UX design is a hindrance. It can easily alienate new users and make them look for other programs. It can also be a suitable application for company employees who work more regularly. I would rather have a special license for Education.

• Easy to use, reliable, the ioBeya team is really professional and quick to respond.
• Easy to install and grip, with a nice clean and organized feel.
• Sense of ubiquity when you need to simultaneously manage remote teams working on the same project.

• Simple and intuitive boards.
• User-friendly “templates” that make it easy for most users to get started using it as a teamwork space.
• Like most other companies we rely on Microsoft and Microsoft teams. This software solution integrates with teams, which I really like.

• Some aspects of API integration can be improved
• For the platform administration, I would like to have more possibilities like exporting the list of room administrators.

• Just maybe some fine-tuning here and there about some choice in terms of UI and maybe trim down a bit some graphically appealing things which are sometimes taking over the effectiveness
• The solution is really rich and maybe including more tutorials would be great to reduce the learning curve when using more advanced capabilities.
• I wish the session functionality would give me more freedom to switch between different activities and reactivate some e.g. a survey. It's easier to make a mistake with sessions to close activities by accident.

Klaxoon helps to facilitate the collaborative environment for decision-making processes to assess a situation, analyze the root causes of problems in a collective manner, improve processes, reach an agreement and define an action plan. We have implemented this tool for different projects and to work with customers, for small and large groups, face to face or remote, leveraging templates or creating our own.

• The use of synchronized maps with an associated color code that facilitates detailed and/or global visual management
• We've managed to create visual representations of our backlogs, goals, teams, and give each team the opportunity to use whiteboards on the go.
• The same information visible to everyone at the same time, the efficiency of collaborative work even asynchronously

• During the COVID lockdown I organized and led seminars (30-90 participants), workshops and training sessions (5-20 participants) thanks to Klaxoon.
• the tool helps me stay engaged remotely, klaxoon allows me to stay in touch with my teams and stay up-to-date on topics.
