IntelligenceBank vs. Veeva Vault PromoMats

In a small company like Gogo, employees wear many hats. The thing I love about IntelligenceBank's product is that it allows me total control over my own content and real-time control over who can access that content.

It's great for keeping us organized and on track with our projects.

• The design of the website is super intuitive. Our customers have commented on how easy it is to find what they're looking for.
• IntelligenceBank provides great support. On the rare occasion when I need technical assistance, the IntelligenceBank team responds quickly.
• IntelligenceBank provides a great product at a fantastic price.

• Document management
• Multi-agency notifications
• Approvals for appropriate teams

• I wish I could manage users more easily from my phone.

• Ability to edit documents in Veeva
• More mobile friendly
• Perhaps an email approval ability

In my opinion, the interface is poor and in the last 4 years never improved

• When we switched to IntelligenceBank, we gained control over our data and saved almost 70% of our distribution cost.

• It has made our projects move smoother and quicker through the system so our time is more optimized.
