We have used Integrately to automate our business as well as social media posting through Integrately, we have created a WhatsApp chatbot by connecting Chatgpt with WhatsApp business account which is very responsive. But if we connect Chatgpt with Telegram then it takes some time to respond and it would be great if this time gap is reduced

  • Their workflow builder is almost impossible to use.
  • Troubleshooting errors is difficult unless you are a programmer.
  • User unfriendly for non-techies.
  • Relies heavily on JSON publishing for many tools rather than native integration.

Alternatives Considered
I was forced to go back to using Zapier because I could not build workflows that consistently work using Integrately. Although the pricing was attractive (especially given that I purchased an LTD) it did not function well enough to meet the needs of my business and I am no longer using it.

  • I wasted a huge amount of time building workflows that I ultimately walked away from because they did not reliably work.
  • They are more affordable than Zapier but in this case, you definitely get what you pay for.
