Prefinery's technology makes it easy for our business to run effective referral marketing campaigns. I like that I can view campaign stats and manage rewards on a real-time basis and keep track of who is talking about our software. Prefinery helps us to achieve our marketing goals and attract new clients!

• We have specific customizations on Jira so we tend to have to contact customer support to create these for us when we make new integrations. It would be nice for us to do this ourselves so we don't have to contact the Instabug team.
• Not very frequent but sometimes the platform breaks and we have to contact the Instabug team to resolve the issue. It would be great if they have better testing before shipping new changes to ensure stability.

• I wish there were more integrations and additional features. Also, having more customizability will make this tool even better.
• It would be great to have social media sign up buttons.

I chose Prefinery for its flexibility, form builder, detailed analytics, and branded email campaigns. In the past, I have used several [giveaways] and referral software. But each one seemed to have some [limitations] or missing features. Prefinery is different It's a great example of simple, minimalist, yet powerful software. Its power lies in specializing in one area and doing it rather well.

• It's like a single Ticket for all your Customer Reward and Acquisition.
• Gain of time for someone like me who dislike reading tutorials. Well implementing Prefinery is a breeze.
