Insightful vs. Teramind

As I already mentioned above, Workpuls helped us a lot while working from home and it helped us to track each and every moment of the employees. While tracking the different websites which employees were using and also helped with the productive and unproductive work done by each candidate as per the login on different websites and software.

Easy to use and to install this great solution and it is very easy to remotely monitor all our employees activities and get reports on what they are doing and what applications are being used and doesn't make users computer slow and that they never notice when they are being monitored.

• Sometimes it constantly gets disconnected.
• It creates duplicate each time i try to log on a different device.
• With antivirus in place it may be hard to install because it always flag it as a virus.

Very easy to use--as all pieces of software, you get out what you put in. Even with just the base features, which can be implemented within an hour, you'll be able to get great value from this software.

They've got live chat support right on their dashboard, which usually responds within minutes.

While evaluating different software we checked different software but Workpuls seems user-friendly and cost-efficient, also the customer support is very active and as compared to other software we found it easy.

• Easy to install and to implement Teramind.
• Reasonable pricing for cloud solution offering both monthly and annually subscriptions.
• Easy to use Teramind from any where both in app and web based and accurate track hours for easy information retrieval.
