Solid, seamless integration, smooth workflow, and data trails for business analysis are impeccable. If you aren't already heavily invested, key questions to ask would be - Am I using too big a hammer? The results are impressive, no doubt, but the integration of BPM is demanding. Support Rating	It is fast and easy to connect with support staff. They are very helpful and always salved the issues quickly which saves us time and increases our productivity. Alternatives Considered	I am not aware of other products like Ikarus AllSpark. This was implemented by the management level. So far it is a great tool.
