Mapping and process control are most important things for us .I can say ,It is very very user-friendly. If i were iGrafx , i would fix support service and do anything to help their customers better.Every departments that need business process should use iGrafx

• The modules undergo continuous variations when having to make changes in the configuration of some aspects of the company.
• Recovery of the lost password of each user takes a long time to complete.

We are pleased to use iGrafx and we can handle all process about our departments.Easy to use and integration.I recommend it to everyone that needs BPM software.

It's been such a helpful investment with a very good return on an investment. The amount of time alone we have been able to say by deploying UiPath Process Mining (formerly ProcessGold) has been worth it alone, not to mention the additional money we are able to generate through deploying these processes

It a good product. I would definitely keep using it in the near future. We have had good feedback within the team and also from our stakeholders on the other side of the table. Right now, there isn't any other tool out there better for doing the tasks that UiPath is doing.

UiPath's customer support is also very helpful in supporting us in the start and take-off phases. It is an accessible application that even non-technical users can maintain.
