It is great for presentations to customers and keeping them engaged in your presentation. Although it is great for creating a highly customizable presentation, some users may want even more control over font, font size and font color. Some of my colleagues have expressed some dissatisfaction with the formatting as well as saving any formatting changes that have made.

• Proposal process. PI makes it easy to create and send proposals to new and existing clients, collect their payment info, and get signature on the engagement letter.
• Easily identify engagements that will be expiring, so we can begin to assemble a renewal.
• Communication to and from the client during the proposal process, which keeps everything associated with the proposal together in one place.

• It has different and useful templates that can help you start creating amazing presentations
• It is really intuitive to use
• It can incorporate files from other companies like: Drive and YouTube in a really organic way.

• I would love to see it really support other industries better, like Marketing. There are workarounds for invoicing and set up, but it could be easier.
• I would love the option to be able to send the client a single proposal with different options and allow them to select which one they want to move forward with. Right now we have to send a proposal for each option.
• I would love for there to be user permissions where certain users can log in to see the proposals they are associated with without seeing everything.

Great product with great service.

At the beginning, there is a slight learning curve, but once you get the way out of it, it becomes easy to use.

Onboarding was very organized and simple. Our account manager made it easy for our team to learn the tool by organizing several group training sessions.

You aren't able to customize the design of the proposal, but it surpases everything we have ever tried. It's easy to use and quick to learn.

Qwilr was a really quick and easy setup, which I think is great for smaller teams that have simple sales processes and cycles. Once more complication is it will fall short in providing the level of control and detail that is needed for a larger sales team. The end product is very elegant but comes down to the needs of the organization.
