IFS Support for IFS Cloud product has different levels of support agreement with the customers, including 24*7 support service for the product. Since the customers have the option of selecting IFS-managed cloud for the implementation, all of the responsivities for maintaining the managed services can be handed over to IFS.

IFS Cloud is an upgrade of IFS Applications. IFS Applications solution is under extended support and would eventually be replaced by cloud solution in coming years.
