It is well suited for ballooning drawings and linking the documents so a change in one place is reflected across the board.

I dont know how useful it is for a bdr. I think it is more suited for an AE postion where you need indepth information instead of quick on the run information to book someone in the phone. I think it is better for case building to have that amount of information

Cons
  • The FMEA portion is clunky and isn’t as easy to customize failure modes
  • Copy and paste doesn’t work well, and the control plan bounces to other balloons sporadically as you enter data
  • Excel output to the templates should be easier to customize. It shouldn’t need special skills from the software manufacturer.

Usability
This program is very user-friendly and all employees are able to easily use the features provided. The customer service provided also helps, because any issues with overall usability is easily resolved. All of the features are easy to use and understand. The mains issues with usability are in small glitches in the programming.

It is a bit overwhelming to have that amount of information in the same place. And sometimes it can be a bit tricky to find the relevant information you need at the time you need it. It is nice to have that level of information but it kind of useless if you dont know where it is.

Klue seems much easier to use, and also had a better engagement experience during our trial period. They're insanely customer focused.
