Ideagen Quality Control vs. Inspection Manager

The software was very useful in assisting with our annual audit for our ISO 9001 audit. The auditor was impressed with our use of the software and how well we use it. It is extremely well suited for our needs. And had been a integral in maintaining all our documentation and changes.

• OCR extraction needs improvement, makes grammatical errors sometimes.
• The order of the bubble is hard to change, once bubbled
• When exporting the data, sometimes the same column gets repeated in AS9102 form 3.

This program is very user-friendly and all employees are able to easily use the features provided. The customer service provided also helps, because any issues with overall usability is easily resolved. All of the features are easy to use and understand. The mains issues with usability are in small glitches in the programming.

We previously used an in house created system and since moving to Ideagen Quality Control, things have moved forward in a much more efficient way.
