Cons	The FMEA portion is clunky and isn’t as easy to customize failure modes Copy and paste doesn’t work well, and the control plan bounces to other balloons sporadically as you enter data Excel output to the templates should be easier to customize. Usability	This program is very user-friendly and all employees are able to easily use the features provided. The customer service provided also helps, because any issues with overall usability is easily resolved. All of the features are easy to use and understand.
