IBM Log Analysis with LogDNA is well suited if you are using other IBM cloud product ecosystems. It's very mature and supports HIPAA-compliant configurations if you need to store PI/PHI data. We particularly use it for audit requirements but understand the limitation with the retention period is for 30 days only. Also you need to configure if your IBM cloud service doesn't have any log collection or report tool. Log collection agents are widely supported for most of infrastructure in cloud.
It is appropriate for companies that focus on developing extremely simple applications. The great visibility it provides makes it ideal to avoid problems that may affect the entire business or company thanks to the fact that it is capable of emitting dozens of alerts in a short time. Sometimes the search behavior becomes slow and inefficient, which can be uncomfortable.
Alerting - Logz.io allows you to set up numerous alerts and define the specific conditions to trigger these alerts, such as the number of occurrences over a specific period of time and severity.

In the past, my team has been able to get in contact with Logz.io quickly and easily to address our questions about the product to see if it could fully meet all our needs. If you use other IBM product ecosystems, IBM Log Analysis with LogDNA is the obvious choice, as it supports seamless integration and better access control with IBM cloud access group setups. IBM Log Analysis with LogDNA was flexible and has wide support for various infrastructure implementations and is also controlled by the same IAM access setup. It can be configured for any IBM cloud services or platform logs or for infrastructure by installing the agent.
Graylog and Microsoft System Center lacks infrastructure management and logging, proper analytics is done only on Logz.io. The customer support is also really great for Logz.io, we are really pleased with their support and timely action. The migration was also easy and took us hardly a day to set up and run the solutions.
