• The learning curve is steep on this product. My group had to do a lot of training to feel like we were up to speed on the product.
• I would definitely recommend some in-house training for employees about to use this product. This will help employees get the most out of the product for a better ROI.
• The user interface could use a refresh. Seems to be a bit stale compared to a few other products we looked at.

IBM professional services came in and clearly explained how they would help us integrate our current business process into the IBM B2B Cloud Services product. This gave us the confidence and trust to go with IBM over a lesser-known competitor.

The best part is its file deck module, where it lets us view all the files that were shared across Troop Messenger in one place, also waiting for Troop Messenger's new features.

• Our team communication and collaboration is simplified with Troop Messenger. Now that we don’t feel the need to use e-mail for checking our work requirements and updates, we check all of them in Troop Messenger and get on to work. We are able to bring non-employees, such as our customers and clients, into it to exchange business conversations. We don’t feel any negative impacts with it.
