Hooks has allowed us to be a bit more agile in our training and testing with phishing scams. Hooks reports allow us to identify people who we need more help to identifying phishing emails. By implementing the the monthly phishing campaigns, we can then provide specific training for individual facing issues in particular areas

Security awareness training is new to our users and this is well suited to them. We have had users from across our multi-generational staff (20-year-olds through 70-year-olds) remark that they found it informative and practical. Our staff is able to immediately practice what they learn, too.

• Numbering and Naming of modules can be improved. I have often released modules in the wrong order.
• Email summary reports could be improved.
• The mobile app is wonderful, however, we use SSO to provide the iLMS to our users so they cannot access the mobile app which is only via user name and password. We'd love to be able to offer both the SSO app pathway and the mobile app!
