For a big plant with more number of connected machines, this is best suited. On the other hand if it is small plant then cost wise this is quite costly.

Plant Sim well-suited for rough-cut BoP design followed by discrete event simulation to do capability evaluation and tradeoff analysis, as well as to select optimal floorspace and asset pool. Process Sim well-suited for detailed cell/line layout, detailed process design, robot OLP, and virtual commissioning.

As we go for more and more Automation the requirement of connectivity increases with security from cyber-attacks.

Most of the modern plants are going for IIOT and trying to optimize, monitor and predict the future requirement in terms of Inventory, Cost, Maintenance, Diagnostics and orders.

Honeywell Connected Plant does this job efficiently.

Honeywell provides good support even at remote site Like we did.
