Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights is a customer journey analytics tool, providing audience insights to unify customer data to generate AI-powered insights in real time, and understand customer behavior using digital and cross-channel analytics.
we need to analyze how users interact with our product page and we also need to know more than that, related to funnels and goals: which types of users are converting the best, where are users dropping off, etc. Helps us focus on our target audience. Overall, Software like this cannot really be criticized. The team releases so many features and keeps adding more to their roadmap. Some minor bugs may appear here and there, but the team quickly resolves them. As I mentioned earlier, lacks a few features compared to Google Analytics but not the major ones.
No use of cookies and ease to set up was the first thing that attracted us to HockyStacks. For new startups and small business developers, we found the pricing better.
I believe this is the only product I have used in this category. I've used different CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce); however, none of these stack up against Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. Information in CRM is more informational than insightful and customer-driven. CRM [has] been used more to house client data and not in any reports that are beneficial.
