The gift card program with HALO addressed the need of our employees to order items from major stores and to have those items delivered to our facilities or to their homes. Alternatives Considered	HALO Recognition I have not personally utilized other companies. The only experience I have is in providing employees with a Rolex Watch at 10 years which were purchased by administrative assistants and then handled outside of HR to deal with the taxes. This was at a company where there were thousands of employees. Other companies where I have worked have just provided gift certificates. Working with HALO is really the first time I have utilized an outside company to manage a program like this.
