Guusto vs. Tango Card

We held a balcony decorating contest and residents were rewarded with the ability to quickly and easily select the gift card that best suited their needs. I was awarded a gift card for performance at work and was to access the reward quickly. In both cases, it was easy and seamless for both sender and receiver.

Works great for market research, and for large batches of fulfillment. Where it shines most for me is in the international realm. We do tracking studies across dozens of countries and this has been a great help for us in making those studies feasible.

• Easy method of delivery (e-mail).
• Can choose whether to have the manager make the allocations, or allow team members to send them directly.

• Tango Card allows for excel imports of respondents, which keeps things nice and simple

• I am in a very remote location most of the shops are an hour away.
• Gas cars would be amazing.
• Visa option would be great.

• The initial setup of the API with all the ACH info was a bit complicated.
• The only speedbump (not big concern) is the branding of a Tango Card - when saying that to recipients, they don't "get it" immediately and some quick-to-judgement folks can say they don't want it.

Giving it a 9 only because I haven't been using it for more than 6 months but that said, I've had enough projects and redemptions to get a full understanding of its performance. TANGO CARD just works better than the rest for the redemption experience for the end recipient.

We tried using Giftcards.com in the past, but you had to place the order and then wait a week or two to get the cards in the mail... wasn't very timely or efficient.

I was an unfortunate recipient of funds via a Tango Card... Hopefully, there will be a resolution with the returned funds (due to the shipping issue.) The FAQ says otherwise... will be interesting to see how Tango responds

• You can charge up your account for future use which is very handy, but if you're charging from a credit card, you'll want to load over $500 to avoid fees.

• Tango Card has increase our overall response counts
• By doing so, some of our board KPIs are better measured
