Growave vs. Reviews.io

After an exhaustive search, I was excited to choose Growave for my biz rewards & loyalty program, the Smile High Club™. The app is very customizeable so has checked off every requirement as far as our branding style guide goes. The greatest thing about Growave is its people. They are so kind, patient & know their stuff!! They always have an answer for me

Reviews.io is a great option for any ecommerce site that is looking to gather company and product reviews to help make the customer purchasing decision easier. Their BCC integration appears to make it possible to use their services with any platform so long as you can edit the email order confirmation templates.

• Support - They respond to emails quickly and professionally.
• Coding - They are Shopify experts and will also try to find a solution to a request.
• They are also cost effective meaning we are able to progress with development of our site without the high cost some other agencies charge.

• Widget library with customizable, mobile-friendly widgets.
• Custom widgets can be built for you.
• WYSIWYG and HTML email templates.
• Instagram and UGC gallery included.
• Sync your product catalog via Merchant Center.

• Setting up isn't hard, but the documentation conflicts with itself sometimes.
• They reference a BigCommerce app that isn't available (yet).

We're currently a small newly launched eCommerce business so our needs are pretty basic. This app is free and does what we need it to and Growave's customer support and their dev team are super patient, helpful and attentive.

We had to reach out a few times during the setup process and we never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a response via their online chat. When a more in-depth answer was required they followed up via email and pulled in other team members when necessary.

Reviews.io has a similar product offering as the other well known review collection companies. However, they are much more competitive in terms of pricing and that was a big influence on our decision to go with them. They also have a library of widgets you can choose from and customize to make publishing reviews on your website very easy. It's not a cookie cutter solution, which we really like.

• Consumers truly enjoy the loyalty point program.
• The App makes it very fluid for easy log in's by the consumer.
• E-mail Notifications and retention programs are effective.

• Increased customer trust through verified company and product reviews.
