The company also offers managed services to help businesses improve customer engagement. The company was founded in 2005 and is based in Chicago.
After an exhaustive search, I was excited to choose Growave for my biz rewards & loyalty program, the Smile High Club™. The app is very customizeable so has checked off every requirement as far as our branding style guide goes. The greatest thing about Growave is its people. They are so kind, patient & know their stuff!! They always have an answer for me
PowerReviews is a great tool for outside customers to leave reviews, however, it is not very friendly for the team that is taking the information, analyzing it, and trying to learn from it. Their website can be much improved for ease of use, additionally, it may just be my server, but it takes a lot of time for information to load, even if the review volume is 0. Just all the baggage that comes with the page loading makes it slow
Their flexibility with moderation options works well for our business. We can moderate immediately, or have PowerReviews handle the first round of moderation.
The back end reporting allows us to export and distribute review content on an automated schedule, helping our product managers get first hand feedback.
Easy for customers to leave reviews, with some customization by product type built in and configurable for our products.
Also relatively easy to drop visitors in to a review form for the exact product they've purchased.
Good value compared to the other major player in the consumer review space.
Consider making some of the Enterprise only features available to Growth. Specifically, ability to offer products in exchange for points! I would like to give my best customer the opportunity to earn really cool corporate swag. For example, Collect 100 S'Miles (points) in exchange to WhiteBrights leather book bag. Also, Klaviyo integration. That should not be an Enterprise level feature?
We're currently a small newly launched eCommerce business so our needs are pretty basic. This app is free and does what we need it to and Growave's customer support and their dev team are super patient, helpful and attentive.
Customer support is excellent and sets Growave apart from other app developers and developers in general - You will always receive an email response within 24 hours and for larger projects we have had conversations with them on the phone.
Yotpo seems to have more ways to integrate your reviews with other features on your site, but Growave is a simple solution for people who aren't actively focusing their attention on reviews. Yotpo also seems to have better filters for negative keywords and swear words (important for children's toy company). However, Yotpo carries a much higher price tag.
PowerReviews provided the best balance of price and value. bazaarvoice is popular in the industry but when we compared pricing and features we did not see any compelling reason to spend more. PowerReviews also had the easiest team to work with in the sales process, and that has continued into the engagement.
Custom components and PowerReviews API can display positive customer feedback from an element.
