Growave vs. Juicer

After an exhaustive search, I was excited to choose Growave for my biz rewards & loyalty program, the Smile High Club™. The app is very customizeable so has checked off every requirement as far as our branding style guide goes. The greatest thing about Growave is its people. They are so kind, patient & know their stuff!! They always have an answer for me

Juicer is great for any campaign, hashtag, or event-related website. For example, we've created this website for a friend's event (the "Pirate Summit", and it looks like this https://www.juicer.io/pirate-summit). Also, artists use it a lot, for example, Bon Jovi's official site at https://www.juicer.io/bonjovi. You can also build a lot of stuff around it, and just keep Juicer's aggregated social media feed in an iFrame. Juicer is less well suited if you want to enable actions from social media, e.g. buying a physical product. In these cases, classic e-commerce shops are better suited.

• Support - They respond to emails quickly and professionally.
• Coding - They are Shopify experts and will also try to find a solution to a request.
• They are also cost effective meaning we are able to progress with development of our site without the high cost some other agencies charge.

• Juicer allows me the opportunity to set it and forget it so that I can use my valuable time to focus on other things.
• Juicer has allowed us to seamlessly ensure that our social media feed can be found on our website and that it will stay up to date at any given moment.

• Not really anything there that would necessarily be needed, or that troubled the usage of the app. Of course, there were some "problems" or how I would better describe it "things that needed to be changed" when we first started with the app, but the back office is very easy to use and understand and if there was something, that couldn't be solved there, the customer service was very easy to respond, handle and solve the situation. So that's not really a drawback, because I guess it's a normal thing.
• The only thing that could be adapted, is that the emails are not multilingual. So it is not possible to translate them even with another translation app. So that's sort of bad for a multilingual shop, but is only a minor drawback.

• There might be one or two social media sources worth adding, e.g. Tripadvisor.

We're currently a small newly launched eCommerce business so our needs are pretty basic. This app is free and does what we need it to and Growave's customer support and their dev team are super patient, helpful and attentive.

They are super attentive and will work with you to make sure that Growave is properly integrated on your site. I had a few conversations with them. They always had prompt replies and they helped to create some custom solutions so that their modules matched the style of our website. It was overall a really great experience working with them.

Yotpo seems to have more ways to integrate your reviews with other features on your site, but Growave is a simple solution for people who aren't actively focusing their attention on reviews. Yotpo also seems to have better filters for negative keywords and swear words (important for children's toy company). However, Yotpo carries a much higher price tag.

I haven’t had the first-hand opportunity to try other platforms. Juicer was already being used on our other websites and therefore we’re now utilizing it for the Foundation.

• Consumers truly enjoy the loyalty point program.
• The App makes it very fluid for easy log in's by the consumer.
• E-mail Notifications and retention programs are effective.

• It's very quick to deploy, so no IT/development costs (except putting in a small javascript, which takes 5 minutes).
• Definitely positive ROI, it's much cheaper than other solutions which can cost some times 10x as much.
