This allows team leaders to easily curate content for their team using a curriculum or playlist structure. [HubSpot Academy is] just a great tool for everyone who wants to grow at their Marketing, Sales, or customer success career. Their courses are very detailed in information, their teachers are the best in the industry, and it's just easy to take some time and learn. I have enjoyed it a lot.

  • It can be difficult for any e-learning service not to seem mechanical in nature when it comes to the average employee performing learning tasks
  • Many of the "problems" that grovo might seem to display would actually be a function of the organization implementing them

For HubSpot Academy's usability, I rate it a 9 because it is very simple and easy to use. HubSpot Academy is very user friendly. You can pick a category like "email marketing" then you will have an intro video, follow up detail videos, practice quizzes, interactive practices, and some sections have a certification quiz at the end. It is very easy to navigate sections. The only reason I rate the usability a 9 instead of a 10 is because sometimes HubSpot Academy does not register the interactive practices.

When we have had issues with Grovo not working or a problem with report we have always gotten an answer quickly. We have a rep that we speak to often to make sure we are satisfied with the system and is just a quick email away. It nice to know we have support that will get back to you in a quick manner as we rely on this software.

Alternatives Considered
Previously we were using Blackboard and an inhouse solution. Both of these took many hours to get ready for new training objectives and provided mediocre employe skill retention. Grovo reduced the overhead for training and has produced better results regarding employee skill retention. We selected Grovo because it was a better solution, it was easier and provided a better result

HubSpot Academy is great for training on the HubSpot CRM. Like stated in pervious questions, it is very simple and easy to use. It is the best way to train for using HubSpot because there are videos and practices for every topic like email marketing, workflows, etc. I personally think HubSpot is much more user friendly than Salesforce. However, we do use both and like both for different reasons but I think HubSpot is simpler to use.
