Cons	Infusionsoft When Infusionsoft purchased GroSocial it seemed like product development ceased. Many other companies surpassed their abilities. They are very expensive for what they offer. Many other companies now offer better platforms, for far less. When there was an issue (ie in a campaign, or link broke etc) the support team would blame the client first, when in most cases it could be proven to be a software malfunction. Tabs are no longer smart phone friendly. When we stopped using GroSocial they had not set up the redirect link at that time. This may have changed now. When you manage multiple accounts, your client could stop your access to their account. They could then stop paying for the service, and their tabs would still be live.
