Gravatar vs. ID.me

ID.me is well suited for our business to verify customers to provide a discount due to their top-notch software which is easy for our customers to use and is quick. Beyond customer experience, it has massive business benefits as it saves us a lot of time and money to use their white-glove software vs doing it ourselves as we did in the past using paper documents and our own people.

We didn't evaluate any others. At the time ID.me had the largest customer base and I believe that still holds true.
