Glider.ai vs. HirePro Video Interview

It does well to verify the identity of the test taker and making sure that they are not utilizing other resources to cheat. In my experience, it is way too intrusive, and it appears as though someone has figured out how to utilize software to circumnavigate it. I have a ticket in, here's to hoping its fixed.

HirePro Video Interview is well suited for basic first rounds of screening for high volume roles. We believe for higher level roles it is best to not rely as much on an AI powered algorithm given the specific and specialized nature. It has all the basics of having video and microphone. There seems to sometimes be more background noise picked up.

Prior to HirePro Video Interviews, we used Zoom to host a virtual interview, but that was it. We have not used another video-recorded interview service before we used HirePro. So I can not speak about other products like HirePro Video Interviews. All I can say is they see the leader in this service
