Having that said if your business is just starting out, some of these pricing plans are too high for entrepreneurs. Be aware of the limitations of the plans

Their support is fine. I remember the one time promising an upcoming feature that I don't think ever got implemented, but it wasn't a huge deal. I haven't had a lot of interaction with their support team.
