Our company is on an enterprise plan so we had to invest a few months to figure out a model that would work for us. Woobox was helpful in our transition to their platform. Woobox offers robust reporting as well which is important for all aspects of our business.

Support was quick and efficient. Product has a lot to offer outside of Facebook contests that I would like to try in the future. I cannot stress enough how easy this product was to use. Up and running in five minutes.

It is very fast. The only thing that has taking any sort of time is when it imports photos or videos from platforms such as Instagram or Twitter. But this is more due to refresh rates than the actual program.

They have always answered the phone in person and been able to answer question or resolve issues same day. Not open 24 hrs.

Woobox interface is very easy to use and user-friendly I always prefer using Woobox because it always provides me desired results. Their customer support is also very helpful and whenever I need some assistance Woobox always comes up with the best solution and problem-solving answers. I strongly recommend Woobox for all user who is looking for an excellent platform where they can create polls, skill contest, award management, and many more amazing things.
