It also suits if there are new projects and each project has its own team and team incurs expenses for the business. For example, if there is a construction project and each team needs to use their credit cards to pay some instant expenses, weel is well suited to assign a budget to the team so team does not spend more than what they are assigned (or can be approved) and it is easy to issue/cancel cards on the fly Incentivized Verified User Read full review

AMEX is not as user friendly as Weel and top of it, Weel provides good integration with Xero accounting system. We spent hours to keep track of reimbursement expenses and employees had to wait to get paid back but with Weel, it is all automated and approval process is very visible.
