I recently tried FollowerSearch for twitter analytics and it's been a great tool for understanding my competitor, audience and engagement. I am impressed with the level of detail and insights it provides. I recommend it for any business looking to improve their social media strategy. It doesn't have some advanced features found in other social media management tools such as social listening or content scheduling.
